Projektteilnahme                                                

Mit dem Einsenden des Fotos und den dazugehörigen Daten
akzeptieren Sie die folgenden Teilnahmebedingungen und die
Bedingungen zum Urheberschutzgesetz (UrhG):

• Die Teilnahme ist absolut kostenfrei und verpflichtet zu nichts.

• Mit dem einsenden der Fotos versichern Sie, dass Sie der Urheber des Fotos sind und somit im Besitz der Urheberrechte für das Foto sind.

• Das Urheberrecht für das eingereichte Foto verbleibt im Besitz des jeweiligen Teilnehmers.

• Es ist jedoch wesentlicher Bestandteil der Teilnahmebedingungen, dass Manfred Heinze das kostenfreie Nutzungsrecht und das Recht auf freie Reproduktion des Fotos gewährt wird. Ebenso ist Manfred Heinze berechtigt, das Foto auf ein einheitliches Format zu bringen und es in seiner Helligkeit, Kontrast und Farbigkeit zu bearbeiten, auszudrucken, zu kopieren, auszustellen und einzeln oder als Gruppe zu verwerten.

• Alle Teilnehmer können statt ihres Namens ein Alias oder einen Künstlernamen angeben. Im Falle einer Ausstellung wird dann nur dieser Name veröffentlicht.

• Der Teilnehmer hat jederzeit das Recht sein Foto von der Website entfernen zu lassen. Damit würde dann auch alle weiteren übertragenen Rechte wieder an den Urheber zurückgehen.

• Personenbezogene Daten wie Anschriften oder eMail-Adressen werden über den oben genannten Angaben zum Foto im Internet hinaus nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.

• Diese Teilnahmebedingungen gelten für die gesamte Dauer des Projekts vom 20.10.2010 bis zum 21.10.2110. Manfred Heinze ist jederzeit ohne Einhaltung von Fristen berechtigt das Projekt in seiner Laufzeit zu verkürzen und/oder komplett zu löschen.

Wenn Sie die Teilnahmebedingungen gelesen und akzeptiert haben,
senden Sie Ihr EiBrot-Foto mit den folgenden Angaben:

• Name (oder Alias oder Künstlername)
• Stadt
• Land
• Datum der Aufnahme

By sending in the photo and related data you agree to the following terms and conditions and the conditions for copyright protection:

• The participation is absolutely free.

• By sending the photos, you represent that you are the author of the photo.

• The copyright for the submitted photo remains in the possession of the participant.

• However, it is essential part of the terms and conditions that Manfred Heinze is granted the free use and the right to free reproduction of the photo. Also Manfred Heinze is entitled to put the photo on a single format and to edit it in its brightness, contrast and color, to print it, to copy it, to exhibit it and selling it individually or as a group.

• All participants can submit an alias or a fancy name instead of their real name. In the case of an exhibition only this name will be published.

• The participant shall at all times have the right to remove his photo from the site.

• Personal informations such as adress or e-mail adress will not be passed to other people.

• These terms and conditions apply to the entire duration of the project from 20/10/2010 until 21/10/2110. Manfred Heinze is at any time allowed to shorten the duration of the project and/or delete it completely.
